Bits never had an easy road. Growing up in a time of drugs and gangsters,
pimps 'n hoes, he saw comfort in the streets he sees as home. His presence in
the streets is always felt as he is one known to have everyones back, as long
as they have his. In his early teens, Bits started to hit the bar scene and
frequented alot of nightspots, thus landing him in some tight spots. Anyone
who grew up in the hood knows that with this life, your bound to lose people
that are close to you. As the years went by, more 'n more soldiers close to
him were bein taken away one way or the other. If it was one of his rydas
or a family member, whether it was a loss to the game or just someones time,
it fueled his flame to write. During a "cool down" period in his life, when
things were gettin hot, Bits landed himself a job at a record label as a
assitant. He grinded that out for a while, all the time concealing the fact
that he actually spit. At the time, he never really took rhythm seriously,
mainly spit on drunken nights at the lab wit his producer boyz. After a
falling out with the label, Bits realised that there are artists that are
"Put On" and have no talent. Always receiving positive feedback when just
freestylin, he has taken the time to write books upon books of rhyme in
preparation to saturate the market with what he wants people to hear. With
all that said, the time is near as Mr Bits preps an album for the near future
and is expected to pump the streets with a onslaught of upcoming BitsTapes.
